Job Description
East-West is seeking a servant-hearted and professional Office Coordinator to provide management and oversight to the East-West office space and function. This individual will manage the personnel, systems, processes, and identified projects related to office management and facility operations. Additionally, this individual will provide administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Operations and other Operations department heads. Finally, the Office Coordinator will provide supervision for the office reception staff and identified volunteers.

Position Location: Plano, TX Headquarters
Position Benefits: This is a full-time position with employer-paid benefits including medical, dental, 401k match, paid vacation, and holidays.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Office management: supervision of all facility maintenance and repair, oversight of the Dallas office budget, organization of supply and administrative resources, and liaison between third-party vendors and East-West
- Operations administrative support to the EVP of Operations, VP of Finance, and Director of Mobilization, including expense reports and the scheduling, documents, and logistics for Finance Committee and Operations Staff Meetings
- Administrative and communication support, including office supply training, onboarding support, and resource management
- Supervision of Front Desk Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years minimum experience of related administrative experience
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to complete tasks on time
- Detail-oriented and precise
- Flexible, focused, organized, and able to prioritze
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook along with standard office software
- Discerning of confidentiality and privacy
- Flexibility to respond to changing situations to meet current needs, reprioritizing as necessary
- Competent with contract formation and administration
- Servant-hearted and a team player
