The Global Ministry Administrator will provide logistical and administrative support for the Field Ministry Leadership. Daily responsibilities include communications, field resource administration, meeting and event coordination, and financial management support.

A Day in the Life of the Global Ministry Administrator
- Serve as a point of contact for field ministry questions and engage with East-West staff to gain clarity around opportunities to enhance their ministry efforts
- Gather and assist with the distribution of field ministry stats and stories of gospel impact from ministry teams
- Manage, present, and contribute to the provision of critical ministry resources
- Coordinate and execute logistics for field ministry meetings and events, including overnight retreats, virtual meetings, and an annual Field Ministry Conference.
- Provide budget and financial management support to field ministry leadership.
- Lead, attend, and/or contribute to East-West sponsored spiritual formation activities.
- Develop and maintain a network of prayer support.
Qualifications for the Global Ministry Administrator
- BA degree or equivalent experience, highly preferred
- 2-3 years experience working in a similar role, preferred
- Uphold a close and growing relationship with Jesus
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to think critically and resourcefully
- Ability to compile and prepare budgets and reports
- Flexibility to respond to changing situations in order to meet current needs, reprioritizing as necessary
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Exercises discretion, tact, and sound judgment, especially in crisis situations
- Dependable and conscientious, with a maturity of judgment and respect for the needs of others
- Willingness to “pitch-in” to serve
