ABOUT ISRAEL FIRSTFRUITS

Israel Firstfruits is an international non-profit organization whose purpose is empowering marketplace leaders and growing businesses in Israel to advance the Kingdom of God. Our main office is in Israel and our U.S. base is located in Grapevine, TX. We are a small team – yet diverse and dynamic! We work hard, walk together and are passionate about our purpose.

We highly value initiative, cooperation, honesty, humility and trustworthiness. Because we are a small team, everyone wears many different hats. We all have our “titles” and responsibilities but are rarely confined to just our job description. (We don’t just work with entrepreneurs…we’re entrepreneurial ourselves.) We work together. We share ideas, feedback and challenge one another. We believe in healthy conflict and helping one another grow. (In this way, we’re a unique blend of Israeli and American culture…)

If you’re an energetic team player with a heart to serve, a willingness to grow and an openness to step out of your comfort zone, you’ll love our team! However, if you prefer systematic structure that operates in a traditional hierarchy, to not collaborate or receive feedback on your work, or are only willing do things you feel you’re good at, this probably isn’t the best fit for you.

We’re open and honest, as you can hopefully tell. But it is because we truly care and sincerely want people to flourish and prosper. And because we highly value our organizational cultural, we’re committed to more than just hiring for skill or talent. We earnestly desire team players who are just as passionately committed to our culture and purpose as we are.
