Job Description
East-West is seeking a driven, innovative, and dedicated team player to serve as the Donor Relations Manager. This individual will manage and lead East-West’s contributions team to ensure that individual gift donations follow all financial services controls and requirements. Additionally, the Donor Relations Manager will introduce and implement innovative and progressive donation technology and platforms in order to enhance and elevate all current donation practices. Independent judgment, initiative, and sound decision-making skills are required for this individual to be successful.

Job Requirements
- Management of Contributions Team: Oversee the Financial Service’s contributions team to ensure that all tasks are completed as financial controls require.
- Research and Implementation: Introduce and implement new donation technology and platform opportunities related to individual donations.
- Contributions Coding and Processing: Oversee and assist with donation collection, processing, logging, and reporting on incoming donations for support-raised staff members.
- Donor Communication and Support: Manage communication and calls related to individual donors, and oversee donor relationship management software and systems.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience in a similar ministry or non-profit role required
- Management experience preferred
- Proficiency in digital giving platforms and systems required
- Comfortable with new technologies and systems
- Desire to innovate, introduce new ideas, and think outside the box
- Independent thinker and self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality, confidence, poise, and tact
- Conscientious and detailed
