PHILLIPS HOME IMPROVEMENTS is seeking a determined and systematic Residential Remodel Installation Manager to lead our Production Department with precision and efficiency.

Your Role:
- Lead and Manage: Provide clear direction, maintain accountability, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Develop and leverage the innate strengths of each team member.
- Drive Results: Maintain key metrics, optimize processes, and ensure timely project turnaround.
- Ensure Quality: Guarantee customer satisfaction by ensuring the team is delivering WOW results on every project.
Ideal Candidate Brings:
- Experience: Proven track record as a Residential Remodel Installation Manager with strong leadership and management skills.
- Skills: Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and process management.
- Results: Ability to drive results through the actions and behaviors of the team.
Qualifications:
- Arrives at the Office 7:30 a.m. daily
- Clean driving record
- Speaks Spanish Fluently!
- Ability to listen to customer needs
- Ability to climb a ladder with ease to inspect work
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong Leadership and Management skills
