Job Description

The Total Rewards Analyst coordinates and maintains the organization’s global total rewards programs guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•    Reviews and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents.

•    Collaborate with the HR business partners to interview and survey staff and supervisors to gather and document job, organizational, and occupational information including duties, responsibilities, and skills required by each job.

•    Conduct job analyses to determine appropriate job levels. Evaluate and analyzes market data and determine FLSA status.

•    Analyze organizational pay practices and make recommendations for a variety of compensation actions. Manage the annual pay cycle.

•    Build and maintains the HR dashboard. Provide detailed analytical support to HR leadership, including research, analysis of data and reporting, tracking metrics, and making recommendations.

•    Participate and submit market surveys. Compile, and interpret survey results and identify labor market trends to support the management of total rewards programs.

•    Researches employee benefits in similar industries; based on findings, recommend changes or updates to the organizations existing benefits program.

•    Works with insurance brokers and benefit providers to create competitive, cost-effective benefits package for the organization; facilitates implementation and enrollment of benefit plans, including managing the annual open enrollment event.

•    Conducts focus groups to collect staff feedback on specific issues or topics related to total rewards.

•    Continually review, research and analyze compensation processes to identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality of information. Develop tools and methods to deliver information in the appropriate context and format that best supports the supervisors.

•    Maintains knowledge of federal, state, and local legislation, economic conditions, labor market, and other factors related to ensuring the organization remains compliant and competitive with its total rewards offerings.

•    Leads assigned projects in a variety of compensation-related areas.

•    Serve as backup payroll practitioner, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations

•    Maintain data in accordance with the company’s record retention policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations.

•    Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.
