Job Purpose:
Proactively maintain current, accurate, and complete financial records and reports; support cash management; ensure compliance; reconcile accounts; support financials; recommend/execute process improvements; and other administrative matters. Also provide office management services.

Essential duties:
- Maintain audit-ready accounting records/reports (e.g., accurate, thorough, and reconciled) – e.g.,
- Process/Record assigned journal entries
- Create/Maintain detailed financial reports with a high level of accuracy
- Analyze general ledger transactions for accuracy and needed adjustments
- Handle key components of cash & compliance – e.g.,
- Review/Process Accounts Payable and Account Receivable
- Perform/Record assigned cash activities
- Ensure 100% compliance with practices and policies
- Proactively recommend/execute process improvements and internal accounting controls
- All other tasks needed to support internal and external customers of leased properties, operating businesses, investment or personal entities, etc.
- Family office support – e.g., answer benefits questions, oversee office management, supplies, and other support services, etc.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related; 10+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated maturity, confidentiality, and combination of technical and soft skills
- Excellent analytical, Excel, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Effective verbal & written communication
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
