Job Title: Personal Assistant (In-Person, Part-Time)
Location: Dallas, TX – Preston Hallow (In-Person)
Schedule: One day per week – generally on Monday (6-8h on-site, 1-2 virtually if needed)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will provide support with various personal and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an in-person role at our Dallas office every Monday for 6 to 8 hours and 1-2 hours virtually if needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage personal travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Track and manage invoices, payments, and related financial documentation.
- Handle mail, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding as necessary.
- Assist with coordinating various at-home projects with contractors and tasks as directed.
- Stay on top of ongoing tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed.
- Take initiative in completing tasks and identifying ways to improve efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with standard office software and tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing personal finances, such as invoices and expense tracking.
- Familiarity with booking travel and coordinating logistics.
