We are a high end HVAC and Appliance service company, located in Carrollton Texas and Oklahoma City.
Appliance Fixx Air & Heat is searching for a candidate that possess basic office experience…with knowledge of data input, over seeing technicians job input and monies collected, claim submission /account receivables, parts management, filing, managing incoming and outgoing mail and close supervision of technicians on the admin side using our software system. Position involves daily interaction with other office support positions, managers, service techs and sometimes customers. This position is open for full time and or part-time work. Can work around people with children and their schedules. Remote work is also available once the person is thoroughly trained with our system and what is needed to perform job requirements. Remote work will require one day a week to come into the office.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), and internet
- Administrative experience, preferably in a similar environment
- Experience with data entry, proofreading and editing documents
- Basic language and communication skills in speaking and understanding English
- Account Receivables, Light Accounting
- Web and Social marketing a plus
