Embrace Grace is a fast-growing 501(c)3 non-profit organization that inspires & equips churches all over the nation to love single and pregnant young women and their families. The focus of our trail-blazing organization is to inspire moms to be brave and choose life. The impact of our organization is saving lives – 2 at a time.
We are looking for a driven and creative individual to join our team that can help attract the world to our pro-love cause! We put great effort into our branding to be cohesive and consistent with colors, style and imagery. Also, we value that our messaging tells the world what we are for rather than what we are against. The Embrace Grace brand is authentic, relatable and like a perfectly tailored suit that custom fits that story that we strive to convey through our message of hope and love.
We are searching for a unique individual to join our marketing team that can wear this suit with ease and help build strategies to get the Embrace Grace message to the world. We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in new media and storytelling, someone who collaborates well across departments and is able to lead while simultaneously working in service to our brand.

REQUIREMENTS:
Not everyone can be a Marketing Director. To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be an out-of-the box marketing creative who understands how to frame our message in clear, simple, inviting and compelling ways digitally and physically and oversee our graphic design, writing, social media and product design. Must have a thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies and practices. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong Supervisory and leadership skills.
CHARACTERISTICS: This is an autonomous position so you must be self-sufficient and self-motivated. No exceptions!
EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in marketing or business administration is preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Embrace Grace Marketing Director, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Build, plan and manage the digital marketing strategy, and social media presence. Including development, maintenance and circulation of the editorial content calendars across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and any additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
- Work alongside Embrace Grace leadership, Groups & Development departments to help distribute creative content that educates and engages our audience and supports marketing goals.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audience.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI & KPIs.
- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget.
- Create or manage compelling editorial across multiple social media platforms
- Build and cultivate new relationship with editors, stylists, writers, bloggers, and social media influencers working to secure best possible coverage for Embrace Grace
- Script, and oversee detailed monthly content and campaign plans for all social media channels with attention to editorial message, tone of voice, imagery, and the behaviors on different platforms, optimizing the audience’s experience according to overall marketing strategy
