Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include a growing knowledge and execution of property management and items specific to maintenance, upkeep, repairs and development; including but not limited to:
– Painting and sheetrock (tape, bed and texture)
– Minor HVAC
– Maintenance related plumbing and electrical
– Parking lot and common space upkeep (cleanliness and appearance)
– Landscaping
– Carpentry (rough and finish)
– Flooring
– Maintaining company safety standards
