Job Description
Work with Sage Timberline program. Processing purchase orders, invoices and Equipment Cost. (We will train you)
Order rental equipment and tools for field personnel.
Coordinate deliveries and times with rental and field personnel.
Schedule maintenance for field trucks.
Keep logs of all maintenance records for trucks, equipment, and tools.
Work and resolve Vendor disputes; including product or pricing issues, and invoice discrepancies.
Work on special projects and assignments.
Janitorial duties in warehouse shop areas and outside yard work.
Must have experience working with Excel spreadsheets and outlook.
Must be knowledgeable in rental equipment and construction tools.
Construction experience a plus.
Must be organize.
