We are looking for an experienced Eyelash Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and other related services to our clients. They must be able to provide excellent customer service, maintain a professional attitude, and be reliable at all times. They must also have a thorough understanding of safety protocols and the ability to work quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Create excellent experiences for every guest
- Perform high quality services – eyelash extensions, tints, lash/brow lifts & threading
- Perform maintenance services such as refills and lash removal
- Provide customer service and education to clients on proper aftercare
- Keep up with the latest trends in the industry
- Promote products and memberships
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Team player, supporting training efforts while also pursing continued growth in the art of lashing
- Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Cosmetology, Esthetics or Eyelash Specialty license in Texas
- Prior eyelash extension experience
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
- Reliable with a consistent work record
- Initiates self-learning
