Looking for a responsible, energetic and caring part-time nanny to care for our children after school at our home in Colleyville, TX. We have 3 awesome, playful children, ages 9, 7, and 4. We require someone 15-20 hours per week each week day, between the hours of 2:00-6:00pm.
Primary responsibilities would include
- Picking up our youngest children from a nearby PreK program
- Ensuring the older two children get off the bus and home safely
- Supervising and engaging with the children, including homework help, snacks, and after school play
- Occasionally running errands or children to extracurricular activities
- House tidying, especially picking up after the children
- Other duties, as required
The ideal nanny would have:
- No criminal record
- Reliable, safe transportation and current driver license and insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in childcare, especially with school-aged children
- Strong communication skills
- Both energy and patience to manage 3 children of differing ages and needs
Pay is estimated to be $15-17/hour, depending on experience
