Job Description
The Administrative Assistant position is essential to the smooth, effective, and efficient operations of the CHF regional office. The position acts as the primary administrative point-of-contact for various ministry programs, processes, and initiatives. The position conducts all responsibilities in a professional, compassionate, and courteous manner, consistent with CHF’s mission, distinctives, values , and statement of faith. Extends hospitality to all CHF callers, guests, and volunteers. Regularly exercises sound judgment in supporting the many facets of regional operations. Facilitates effective communication and supports teamwork between CHF regions and staff. May also provide executive administrative support to an Executive Director or Regional Director.

Job Requirements
- Confesses Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; active member of a gospel-centered, Christian local church; demonstrates ongoing growth in Christian maturity
- Knowledge or ability to quickly learn computer applications and donor management software (i.e. Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.)
- Trustworthy, able to maintain appropriate confidentiality of donor and ministry information
- Ability to exhibit a high level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in all interactions
- Able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize, and be organized
- Flexible, able to positively adapt to the changing needs of CHF’s ministry
- Able to effectively communicate CHF’s mission, distinctives and programs, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Experience making travel arrangements is preferred
- Bilingual English-Spanish is helpful, but not required
