Full or Part-Time Position
PURPOSE:
· To assist with all aspects of the bookkeeping of income and expenses for the organization.
· To provide a superior experience to both donors and field workers.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Donation Management – Assist with all areas of donor management, including the processing of donations, depositing of checks, receipting of all donations, and inputting donations into our donor management system.
2. Bookkeeping – Shall regularly perform coding of transactions in our accounting system.
3. Other Financial Functions – Help perform other financial functions such as communicating declined donations with donors and keeping a proper paper trail for all donations and expenses.
4. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the President, Director and Finance Director. Shall assist in the administration of the organization as requested by the President, Director and Finance Director.
PAY: $17 hour
