Job Description
A/P backup -entering invoices on QuickBooks;reconciling Home Depot and credit card accounts; tracking/keeping subcontractors updated on required insurance certificates, contracts & certifications; filing; any other work required
A/R backup- entering payments into QuickBooks; generating project info from QuickBooks for project managers; filing; sending statements to Clients; any other work required

Job Requirements
- Dependable
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks & Excel
- Must know the alphabet and be able to follow directions
- Good natured, drama queens should not apply
