We work in partnership with hotels all over the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii by providing them with short-term, interim staffing to fill their various crucial employment needs. In addition, we can assist with business development projects, lead qualification projects, task force to full-time placement, and direct hire placement.

Transformation Hospitality Solutions (THS) is a 100% woman owned and led business headquartered in Southlake, Texas.  THS was founded in the middle of the pandemic of 2020 – 2021. Our Founder and CEO, Kathleen (Katie) Schorn, an entrepreneur at heart, recognized the needs of Hoteliers who lost both business and staff during this economically difficult time.  She put together a team of hotel veterans with over 25 years’ experience serving both branded and independent properties to address hotel staffing needs.

To date, THS has completed over 13,000 projects, working with over 400 hotels, in 44 different states across 412 cities.  THS has worked with 78 different hotel management companies including 60 different brands and 75 independent hotels.  We have experienced a cumulative average rate growth of 100% since inception.
