Job requirements are as follows:
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial statements
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Discretion with client information
Job responsibilities include the following:
- Answer phone calls, schedule client appointments, greet clients in office
- Prepare and send certain forms to clients and other third parties
- Data entry
- Light errands and light office upkeep
- Scanning paper files
- Maintenance of electronic files
- Update data files in various software programs
- Perform job responsibilities in office
