We are searching for a highly creative individual as a Visual Storyteller, reporting to our Marketing Manager, to build Embrace Grace, Inc.’s social media presence and develop storytelling through capturing images. This position is a part-time role, with the potential to move to full-time in the future.
ABOUT THE PERKS:
FLEXIBILITY: Feel free to pick up your kids from school or take the end of your afternoon off and then pick up your remaining hours on your own time and schedule from the comfort of your own home! This position will start off between 20-25 hours a week with the intention to move quickly to full-time as the ministry grows. While part-time, you get to choose your working days! Our office hours are M-F, 8:30AM-3:30PM.
DRESS: Wear mostly anything you like to the office – we have a comfortable and casual dress code.
ATMOSPHERE: We have the raddest office atmosphere that feels like home – but way better. Our offices are located in Hurst, TX.
MOTIVATING CAUSE: The stories of lives being saved and changed will be constant motivation to keep the organization moving forward by managing our projects and initiatives.
PAID TIME OFF: Embrace Grace part-time employees receive up to 7.5 days of paid time-off, seven paid holidays, and an extended Christmas break (December 24- January 1).
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience: At least 12 months in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
- Skills: Must be an out-of-the-box creative who understands how to frame our message in a clear, simple, inviting and compelling way through design and copywriting. Experience with social media target marketing preferred.
- System Knowledge: Master of Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. Asana work management experience would be great.
- Characteristics: This is an autonomous position so you must be self-sufficient and self-motivated but enjoy team collaboration when it happens. Also, you must be able to gracefully receive criticism and feedback about your work as this is a forward facing creative role.

- Multi-Talented: We are looking for this role to also help capture as-needed photos of stories, people and products in the office. If you enjoy taking photos on the side or are a skilled photographer with your own personal camera that is a major BONUS!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop all Social Media accounts for Embrace Grace, Inc. which currently include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest
Create/design sharable creative content that helps exemplify our brand voice and help provide out-of-the-box ideas to drive social influence through social media ad targeting (experience with adobe required)
Respond to comments/direct messages with the Embrace Grace, Inc. brand voice
Collaborate with different departments to develop and execute social media strategies to help reach the organizations KPIs
Maintain key metric reporting analytics
Strategize with online networking opportunities with bloggers/influencers
Explore ways to reach our target audience through social media ad sets/campaigns for lead generation
Coordinate & execute monthly photoshoots in office for new staff, new products and capture images on an as-needed basis to share stories of impact
