Job Description

The Talent Development Coordinator will perform duties to assist in planning, implementing, and administrating talent development initiatives across the organization and facilitate performance management guided by precedent and working within the limits of standard protocols and procedures.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•    Work to champion the ‘Flourishing Together’ healthy workplace model, aiding to establish effective developmental opportunities aligned to ongoing strategic initiatives leading to workforce retention and succession planning.

•    Provide administrative management of the Talent Development Sharepoint site.

•    Coordinate program scheduling and content including facilitating, tracking, and management of staff participation with Onboarding LMS modules.

•    Work with Manager, Talent Development in developing processes for capture, storage, validation, and retrieval of knowledge and build a central repository of such knowledge and make available for staff use, ensuring staff have functional tools to serve in their roles.

•    Partner with Manager, Talent Development in building data metrics and reports including but not limited to leadership readiness assessment and leadership evaluations.

•    Collaborate in the design and implementation of the summer internship program.

•    Assist in seeking innovative ways to deliver learning content that improves the staff member’s learning experience and evolves based on needs, especially for a remote workforce.

•    Assist team in designing learning activities focused on enhancing the learner experience and outcomes, including a remote workforce.

•    Partner with HR and internal leaders to identify knowledge critical to the organization that influences developing effective learning activities.

•    Collaborate closely with Field eLearning and Field Services team, on Field training initiatives.

•    Assist in administration of the organization’s performance management philosophy and process.

•    Identify opportunities to automate and create repeatable processes for course registration, course delivery, and follow-up communication
