We are a faith based, 33 year old, family-owned company with 6 locations in the DFW area. We are looking for a new team member to administer multiple general business support functions at our Duncanville location.
Required Tasks:
Daily:
- Audit Invoices
- Receipt Recap
- Job Auditing
- Assist customers with Financing
- Cash Handling/Reconciliation
- Showroom maintenance
- Accounts Receivable
Weekly:
- Assist with Jobcosting Installer payroll, if needed
- Petty Cash Receipts/Reports
- Product Updates/Sample Status Showroom/including Van updates
- Installation Satisfaction Calls/Scans
Relations:
- Impeccable customer service is the foundation of our business.
- Manage vendor/supplier relations
- Work well with management, sales, installation, support, and warehouse staff
Skills/Qualifications:
Technical:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish REQUIRED
Personal:
- Strong integrity and professionalism confirmed by references
- Diplomacy handling complex situations and diverse personalities
- Works efficiently and effectively with limited supervision
- Ability to think outside of the box
Hours/Compensation:
- Full time up to 40 hours a week, 5 days a week: Mon-Sat.
- Hours on weekdays are 9:00am – 6:00pm and on Saturdays 9:00am – 5:00pm with an hour lunch each day.
- Saturdays are required. We are closed Sundays.
- $13-15 per hour, commensurate with experience
