Job Description

This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the stewardship team within Experience Operations. Responsibilities include govern-ship of all aspects of research and gathering/analyzing of data/information, and to ensure timely and complete execution of all requested deliverables in support of the fundraising team.  It requires the ability to creatively think through processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to effectively meet goals.  Good collaborative and organizational skills a must, with the ability to utilize and function within several IT applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

•    Provide oversight to the Stewardship team; working with Stewardship Coordinator to create and audit all SOPs pertaining to deliverables and moves management within our defined investor journey

•    Provide oversight to our research and analytics team.  Works with Investor Analyst(s) to create and audit all SOPs that seek to connect the fundraising team to our field projects

•    Works closely with VP of Experience Operations to ensure vision and strategies of the Stewardship team align with overall organizational direction established by leadership

•    Provides oversight to the gathering and maintenance of Experience domain knowledge; assists in maintaining domain Share Point site and creates, maintains and audits processes to ensure proper knowledge sharing across the domain; maintenance of document storage and assists/leads trainings pertaining to domain knowledge

•    Serves as a Power User in DOMO and Cord Field applications to assist Investor Services analysts with research and facilitates trainings in both applications for the entire Experience domain for onboarding and continued use

•    Liaisons with the Field Domain to align processes in project research, scripture retrieval and vision trip planning

•    Is familiar with our CRM, Salesforce, to provide support to our Salesforce Administrator in donation tracking and modification as needed

•    Works closely with Director of Project Management to align processes and documentation with the Project Management team and Stewardship Coordinator to ensure on-time delivery of items within the investor journey

•    Works with VP of Experience Operations to report on time delivery metrics and provide data to leadership team as necessary

•    Ready to assist VP of Experience Operations with creation and sharing of presentations as needed for field research, scripture retrieval, Vision Trip planning and delivery of investor journey items.

•    Assists the Events Team for all SC events as needed

•    Assists with collateral needs for Experience domain as needed
