Job Overview:
We are on the hunt for a skilled and reliable maintenance technician to join our maintenance team. To be an effective maintenance technician, the candidate must be skilled and hard-working, with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge are important qualities of the successful candidate.

Responsibilities and Duties:
You will work with a team for all upkeep and repair duties, which may including:
- Painting
- Sheetrock (tape, bed and texture)
- Minor HVAC
- Minor plumbing
- Minor electrical
- Parking lot and common space upkeep (cleanliness and appearance)
- Minor landscaping
- Rough carpentry
- Finish carpentry
- Maintain company safety standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
- Organized with good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Attention to details and a care for the buildings.
- Integrity and honor.
- Teachable, with a desire to grow.
- Willingness to lead/teach as needed.
- Punctual, dependable, self-starter.
