The Scheduling Coordinator will manage client schedules utilizing caregiver matching based on the needs of the client and skill set of the caregivers. This position will also require On-Call responsibilities based on the On-Call rotation. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches.
  • Monitor, mediate, and log all client and caregiver activity utilizing the software system.
  • Schedule/Staff for a high volume base of over 100 clients.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, caregivers, clients and family members.
  • On-call responsibilities will include handling all calls that are received after hours in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualifications

  • Scheduling/Staffing experience (preferred).
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient typing skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Candidates need to be able to track and prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving mentality by staffing for current and future ongoing shifts.
