We are looking to add a Regional Sales Rep to our team in the DFW Region. Our business model is focused on insurance related construction projects for residential property owners. The Regional Sales Rep works with property owners on their restoration project needs, representing Patriot Restoration.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role of a Regional Sales Rep is to assist property owners in construction projects that are fully covered by their respective insurance coverages. Our Regional Reps are assigned strategic territories throughout the region, where storm restoration and repair is needed. These territories have already been scouted, they simply need to be cultivated for information and converted to customers.
Business development efforts include:
- Cold-calling residential property owners
- Networking with HOA’s, Real Estate Agents, and Insurance Agents.
- Inspecting residential properties (notating the condition of siding, flashing, gutters, windows, and roofing systems).
- Upon completing a property inspection and notating damage that is fully reimbursable by insurance companies, our Regional Sales reps present the offerings that separate Patriot Restoration from any other company in the industry.
- Submit Contracts, Scope of work, and the adjusters reports form the insurance companies.
- Obtain referrals from customers
REQUIREMENTS :
- Minimum of 2yrs Outside Sales experience
- Achievers level performance history
- Natural leader and very professional
- Organized and Task Oriented
- Honest and Integrous
- Able to manage a territory with very little day-to-day supervision
- Cold-calling experience, pioneering new territories
- Technologically savvy (we have a customized mobile app we utilize in the field on iOS or Android devices)
- Experience in the construction industry is preferred but not necessary
COMPENSATION PLAN:
As a 1099 contractor, our remuneration plan offers the following total compensation:
- Draw of ($24,000 – $36,000 per year)
- Monthly Commissions (Range from $3,500 – $20,000 in Commissions per month with no cap)
- 90% of our reps earn over 120,000 per year
