Job Description
This position is a great fit for a hard-working, self-starter who does not want to be bored in their job and who enjoys independent initiating and problem solving for a company making a difference in the world. This position is in charge of our Amazon on-boarding process and launch. The responsibilities are to coordinate daily shipping from our facility from on-line orders, delivery to Amazon from our facility at Walnut Hill and I35, inventory oversight, packing boxes and Amazon customer communication and Amazon portal responsibilities. Prior experience with Amazon is great but not necessary (approx. 4 hours a day)
The second area of responsibility is to help coordinate the monthly three day production runs in the facility by calculating ingredients needed, ordering ingredients and supplies, coordinating inventory and participating in and helping oversee the actual production runs on the filling equipment as well as completing shipping paperwork and preparing pallets for shipping and communicating with companies receiving the shipments. (approx. 4 hours a day)
Estimation of 35% of the time in mild physical labor and 65% of the time time on-line or in communication.

Job Requirements
- Must be dependable as well as diligent and VERY attentive to and responsible with details
- Must be competent in basic math needed for inventory control and production calculations
- Must have a genuine win-win (I win and you win) outlook for the team, our vendors and our customers. Must understand the value of teamwork and be willing to learn
- Must be excellent at initiating, solving problems you uncover and time management
- Must be honest, a good communicator, quick worker and have a great attitude.
- Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds, drive a fork lift and move a pallet on a pallet jack and stand all day on production days, lifting, moving, packing boxes etc…
- Must be able to drive a small – medium delivery truck (no special license needed)
- Must enjoy and be comfortable with the environment of a “start-up” and enjoy learning new skills
- Must have competency working with digital platforms. Amazon’s platform as well as our inventory tracking system can be learned as long as the applicant is competent and at ease on digital platforms
