Position: Personal Assistant
Official Title: Executive Assistant to CFO at AFT Commercial
The personal assistant will report to Yvonne Allen.
Job Overview:
The personal assistant will provide executive and personal support to a very busy CFO. This job requires the ability to lead projects, create content, and provide weekly presentations for team development. Additional competence needed in the coordination and set up of large events. The position demands significant amounts of research, writing, and editing essential documents on CFO’s behalf.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage company email, communicating with clients, and negotiating with contractors.
- Update website, create content and manage social media accounts.
- Work with CFO on personal projects: speaking events, book deals, and team development training.
- All misc. errands, calendar coordination, and personal corresponded happening around the office.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Quick thinking, a task-oriented individual who has worked in office administration. Must have integrity, drive, and the desire to grow. Competent in Excel, Google, and interpersonal communication.
