The qualified candidate will assume the front office role part-time working with patients as well as Dr. Russell. The ideal candidate will have an interest in and a basic understanding of natural whole body healing/health (but not a requirement) and administrative background or skills. General day-to-day tasks involve managing phone calls and e-mails, as well as scheduling appointments, scripting blood work (easy), greeting and checking patients in/out, collecting payments, selling nutrition and keeping things organized. Organization and ability to multi-task is a MUST!
Administrative skills as well as organization and ability to multi-take is a MUST! This is a support position for our current office manager who works afternoons.
In addition to 4 P/T days per week (10am – 1pm) desirable candidate will also need to be flexible to support any of her off days (not a lot, but they do come up) or vacation days. The same will be provided to this position.

Candidates will need to be available Monday – Thursday 10-1pm + some limited flex time to support current office manager.
