Phillips Home Improvements is seeking an energetic, can-do, problem solving Marketing Coordinator to develop a robust, well-rounded, lead-generating “make” marketing program wherein the following are appropriately balanced within a defined marketing spend:
- Print media (newspaper and magazine)
- Direct mail and marriage mailings
- Trade shows and events
- Direct marketing
- Digital marketing including social media networking
- Research into homeowners’ needs and buying patterns, competitors and general DFW market
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Maximized ROI per Marketing Channel
- Support for the VP of Sales with initiatives that help grow the organization and its visibility through signage, marketing presentations and tools such as brochures, project worksheets and other materials purchases and creation necessary to create a World Class Presentation

Duties & Responsibilities
- Daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly analytics tracking and reporting
- Ensuring maximum ROI is achieved through each Marketing Channel in a Dynamic way
- Increase brand awareness through public relations efforts, advertising, social media, and other online presence
- Coordinate content marketing, video and design pieces to further external and internal marketing initiatives
- Oversee Gathering, Taking and Documenting photos of projects, events, and subject matter to positively impact the Phillips Brand
- Assist with coordination of and represent Phillips at industry and company events
- Champion Storm Responsiveness Plan, including multi-channel marketing initiatives
- Assist with proposal packages, as needed
- Perform local market research when required
- Assist at staff conferences and events
- Help maintain company information, materials, and associated marketing databases
- Maintain and update our website
- Manage, update and improve our auto-messaging, utilizing Mail Chimp and our CRM
Skills and Qualifications
- Be a social media influencer – dynamic and creative individual who can think outside the box and generate activity and updates for our socials
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Works well with little supervision. Can take direction without follow up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent driving record
- Ability to manage multiple projects and communication channels simultaneously
- Ability to edit and write scripts for various Marketing campaigns
- Able to work at least 40 hours per week and evenings and weekends when necessary

- Experience in home improvement field preferred, but not required
