As a preschool teacher you will help preschoolers develop their problem-solving skills, guide them in both structured learning and play time, and prepare them with the knowledge they will need to succeed in kindergarten and beyond. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
- Create and deliver lesson plans, implement school curriculum, and assess developmental needs of students.

Must successfully clear criminal background without exemption.
Skills needed to win in this position:
- LOVE children.
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
- Coursework in early childhood education or child development preferred.
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- General knowledge of child development.
- Ability to remain calm in a highly fast-paced environment.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain required.
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and/or CDA preferred.
- Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience.
- 2+ years of early childhood education experience desired
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible in assignment and work hours
- Ability to work on their feet for long periods of time
- Proficient in writing and interpersonal skills
