Responsibilities
- Manage and stimulate a team of personnel dedicated to serving the fast-paced operations and customers of Whiz-Q Stone
- Manage and assist processes for receiving and merchandising various types of products and selections
- Manage and assist in efficient and effective loading and material preparation processes with a precise accuracy and an attention to detail
- Must be able to help set, stimulate and track team and individual production goals
- Assist with inventory availability and movement
- Manage the upkeep and maintenance of sales areas, displays, product & service areas, etc.
- Have a willingness to work with other managers and leaders to help promote and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Utilize resourceful and respectful approaches in leading and developing their team
Qualifications & Experience
- Supervising: Minimum of 2 Years Preferred
- Customer Service: Minimum 5 Years Preferred
- Languages: English and Spanish Speaking Preferred
