These minimum requirements should be referred to as a guide, rather than a limitation to, the services required to maintain a building effectively. Staff will be required to perform the necessary work to maintain the optimum level of cleanliness in every building or worksite serviced by FlagShip.

Job Requirements
- Knowledge of basic janitorial duties and responsibilities very helpful.
- Must be able to understand and anticipate the needs of the clients.
- Must be punctual.
