SCOPE: Learn about information technology and technical support best practices in a nonprofit ministry. Provide support to Information Technology within a variety of innovative solutions processes, tasks, and projects while under immediate supervision. Interact within Seed Company Internship program and engage in various learning and mentorship opportunities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Respond to helpdesk requests for local and remote staff, including both Mac and PC users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users
• Provide end-user A/V support during critical meetings and webinars as needed
• Provision laptops and equipment for Seed Company employees
• Assist with organization of IT inventory and asset management
• Attend regular team meetings
• Be available to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of the business

• Perform or assist with any assignments as required or directed.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Occasional exertion up to 10 pounds, lifting a box of paper, moving chairs, tables, and sliding doors.
TRAVEL:
No travel required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong faith in Jesus Christ as Savior; God-honoring lifestyle.
• Passion for the Word of God and provision of the Word for every people group.
• Championing Seed Company’s vision, mission, and values.
• Must be an incoming Junior and a returning student upon completion of the internship.
• Minimum of 2.5 GPA and pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, CIS, or Computer Engineering.
• Technical experience with Windows, Mac OS, and iOS products.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and logical problem-solving skills.
