Job Description
Directs and coordinates the daily tasks and duties of the vendor management to ensure operational units have the vendors available to fulfill property inspection requests throughout the USA.
- In conjunction with the marketing team and LOB leaders, manage the recruitment strategy and oversee efforts of the vendor management team in execution of the same.
- Negotiate non-standard fee agreements with vendors as necessary.
- Does not include responsibilities for spot-recruiting.
- Own the vendor relationship – Oversees vendor activities and bridges the relationship between the vendors and Trinity Account managers.
- Systematically and strategically improve the quality of the output from the vendors through training, communications, analyzing KPI reporting, score-carding, and on-going process improvements.
- Lead, Prioritize, and Monitor all technology enhancements for the vendor management program.
- Review Vendor Database, through reporting and analysis, to correctly classify vendors by status, Line of Business, and product type capabilities, certification. Licensure, etc.
- Track vendor licenses, W9s, ACH information to ensure renewals are uploaded timely and databases are accurate.
- Ensures vendor records are kept accurate and current for assigned relationships, and ensures they are properly archived for audit or company internal requirements.
- Enroll and track vendor completion of any required training and certification.
- Administer the vendor background check process.
- Provide vendor fee analytics.
- Proactively recruit vendors to right-size panels for each LOB, product type capability, certification, licensure, etc.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3-4 years of experience in operations or business partner management.
- Experience managing high volume of vendors nationwide and/or client business relationships.
- Ability to operate simultaneously and effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
- Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
