Perform functions to provide executive level operations management, and administrative support to a member of the Executive Leadership Team guided by precedent and working within the limits of standard or accepted practice.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Partner closely with executive to ensure cohesive communication and healthy collaboration in the execution of domain and organizational strategies
- Integrate and synthesize complex data from various sources, communicating the results and providing critical insights to executive or on their behalf.
- Prepare presentations, supporting documents, research and other materials for executive.
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; complete expense reports; compose and prepare correspondence, often confidential; arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings
- Plan, coordinate and ensure management of the executive’s’ schedule; act as “gatekeeper” and “gateway”
- Manage communication on behalf of executive with all levels of the organization and across various entities
- Lead, manage, and facilitate projects on behalf of executive
- Plan events, meetings, travel, and logistics for internal teams and external partners and guests
- Facilitate, coordinate, and when necessary lead key domain meetings on behalf of the executive when commissioned by the executive
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously and proactively; follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures; work closely and effectively with the executive to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up as appropriate
- Assist with development and monitoring of annual operating budget
- Collaborate with the executive to develop and implement systems and reporting to enhance the effectiveness of domain activities and results.
- Collaborate with Operations to refine existing systems for performance measurement of goals across the domain.
