Job Description
East-West is seeking a servant-hearted, professional Executive Assistant to serve as the point person for the Executive Vice President of Field Ministries. This individual will provide administrative support along with project management and coordination and exhibit strong judgment and initiative, prioritization, planning, and organization, all while managing a diverse workload with excellence.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years minimum experience working in a
similar role, preferably in a ministry/nonprofit
setting - Excellent administrative skills and acute
attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication
- Servant leader and willingness to fill in the gaps
wherever needed - Dependable, discreet, and discerning
- Strong sense of initiative, ownership, and follow through
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
simultaneously - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
