Provides administrative support to Chief Executive Officer or other senior managers as approved by CEO.

Job Requirements
- In office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Remote Thursday and Friday available.
- Excellent software/programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Internet). ADP Total Source, Power BI or and QuickBooks Online a plus.
- Serve as HR, Benefits, Drug and Background screening interface with ADP TotalSource.
- Prepare various reports for CEO
- Conduct research for licensing, competition, new customers.
- Process requests for promotional items and published books.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential, proprietary, and sensitive issues.
- Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Process timecards, payroll, PTO tracking, new hire/terminations, QuickBooks Online reports, door access system.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
