Job Description
The Executive Administrative Associate for the Chief Operations Officer is responsible for managing and executing all administrative tasks required to efficiently and effectively support the COO. Includes managing calendar, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, booking travel, compiling Board of Directors meeting information, managing document storage, creating ppts for presentations, heavy use of excel for monthly reconciliation, and other projects as needed. Requires the ability to multitask and prioritize. Must be highly organized. The position will perform a variety of complex and confidential administrative duties requiring a thorough knowledge of office procedures. The Executive Administrative Associate must also have the ability to work independently, exercise judgment and initiative, as well as the ability to interact with FSMB executives, managers and staff.

Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Meeting and travel planning procedures; correct English usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation; modern office methods and procedures, equipment and filing systems; business letter and report writing techniques; proof reading; record keeping principles and procedures.
Skills: Be able to perform responsible administrative and clerical work requiring independent judgment with speed and accuracy; learn, interpret and apply organization policies; take responsibility for the compilation and organization of reports; compose correspondence; type accurately at 70 wpm; meet the public tactfully; and courteously answer questions in person or over the telephone. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; have outstanding communication skills and be a team player.
