Job Description
East-West is seeking a dedicated, friendly, and innovative team player to serve as the Donor Relations Coordinator. This individual will champion East-West’s donations coding and processing, provide communication and support for support-raised staff, and assist with the implementation and introduction of new and innovative platforms, technology, and programs related to individual donations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to strategize and creatively implement with a team are required for this individual to be successful.

Job Requirements
- Donor Communication and Support: Manage communication and calls related to individual donors, and oversee donor relationship management software and systems.
- Contributions Coding and Processing: Collect, process, log, and report on incoming donations for support-raised staff members.
- Research and Implementation: Assist the Donor Relations Manager by implementing new donation technology and platform opportunities related to individual donations.
- Administrative Support: Provide backup support for the Accounts Payable Administrator as needed, and assist with special projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience in a similar ministry or non-profit role preferred
- Proficiency in digital giving platforms and systems preferred
- Comfortable with learning and implementing new technologies and systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality, confidence, poise, and tact
- Independent thinker and self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Conscientious and detailed
