Job Description
The Curriculum Specialist will perform duties to contribute in developing, maintaining, and auditing learning content, including utilizing online platform(s) that effectively meets organizational initiatives and learning objectives. This role will be guided by precedent and work within the limits of standard protocols and procedures.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Work to champion the ‘Flourishing Together’ healthy workplace model, aiding to establish effective developmental opportunities aligned to ongoing strategic initiatives leading to workforce retention and succession planning.
- Partner with domain leadership as a subject matter expert for the established corporate learning environment (LMS) including data entry, automation, reporting and maintenance.
- Assist in developing curriculum content and/or learning activities in partnership with domain leadership and SME’s focused on enhancing the learner experience, including a remote workforce.
- Coordinate program scheduling and content within the Talent Development learning catalog, conducting presentations and/or training as required.
- Partner with HR and internal leaders to identify knowledge critical to the organization that influences the development of learning activities.
- Assist in developing processes for capture, storage, validation, and retrieval of knowledge and build a central repository of such knowledge and make available for staff use, ensuring staff have functional tools to serve in their roles.
- Work with domain leadership to develop LMS organizational SOPs.
- Identify opportunities to automate and create repeatable processes for course registration, delivery, and follow-up communication.
- Partner with Manager, Talent Development in building data metrics and reports including but not limited to leadership readiness assessment and leadership evaluations.
