We are seeking to add a Content Marketing Strategist to our team to be our brand voice. This position will cast the vision on how to grow our social media presence, develop storytelling copy, schedule social media posts and stories, interact through comments and direct messages, and submit design ideas to be designed by our Graphic Designer. This role will also capture images sharing amazing glory stories with our followers and coordinate people/product photo-shoots as necessary.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities is preferred.
Skills: You must LOVE to scroll through Social Media and engage with the pro-love community. If you scroll through your feed and think of marketing ideas everyday, this is the role for you! You must be an out-of-the-box creative who understands how to frame our message in a clear, simple, inviting and compelling way through copywriting. Experience with social media and email campaign creation is preferred. Position will be required to test paid ad campaigns, working knowledge is great.
System Knowledge: Must enjoy and know the in’s and outs of Social Media – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest. Asana, Later, Canva and Mailchimp experience is a plus.
Characteristics: You will need to be a Forward Thinker as you will be writing copy and casting the vision for social media posts one month(s) in advance. This position will require significant coordination with our Graphic Designer, Project Manager and Marketing Manager, so MUST be a team player and communicate effectively.
Multi-Talented: This role will also capture as-needed photos of stories, people and products in the office which you will coordinate. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking photos either with your phone or personal camera and edit, even with simple Lightroom presets we provide.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cast vision for our Social Media platforms that always represents brand voice, including presenting a new visual strategy
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) on our Social Media platforms (FB, Insta, Twitter, Pinterest) that builds meaningful connections and encourages followers to take action – out-of-the-box ideas are ALWAYS welcome!
- Write content for editorial calendars and pass to Graphic Designer to create – timely communication with the team via Asana Project Management platform.
- Engage with social media community by responding to comments/direct messages appropriately
- Use marketing tools such as Later
- Learn and test ad campaigns for new lead generation
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute strategies and reaching KPIs to report on each month
- Optimize online networking opportunities with influencers, ambassadors, and bloggers to create a strong network
- Capture photos on an as-needed basis with your phone of office happenings – behind the scenes shots, small events or guests dropping by the office to use in Social Media Stories
- Plan & execute monthly photoshoots in office for new staff, new products and stories of people to share the impact with our followers – we will help get the tools needed to make this happen!
