Summary: Reviews, evaluates and examines the progress of new home construction by reviewing a field inspectors report and photographs verifying the construction progress made to property is accurate.
- Evaluate the progress of homes being constructed at any given point in the construction stage of a home.
- Be able to accurately estimate the percentage complete of any item/component that is incorporated in a home by means of multiple photos in relation to report
- Must be effective in relaying/informing customer of results of your decision and the reasoning behind the decision.
- Confers with Account Managers on questionable properties and issues promptly as they arise.
- Contact inspectors on any questionable items on results submitted by inspector.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in construction management or equivalent experience as residential construction superintendent or builder.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in office or remote
- Proficient on Internet, Microsoft products
- Strong interpersonal skills
