Job Description
The Client Services Support (CSSR) will provide superb customer service experience to new and existing clients. Client interactions are typically by phone and email, with occasional onsite visits. In this role there is daily warehouse activity in which the CSSR will interact on the warehouse floor, with management and support staff, to ensure client shipping activity and needs are streamlined and fulfilled accurately and timely.

Essential Functions
- Ensure strong working relationships by building trust with assigned clients to ensure a high existing client retention rate
- Day to day Point of Contact (POC) providing client support activities for assigned clients
- Demonstrate high quality and consistent client service through responsiveness, reliability, accuracy, and professionalism throughout all client interactions
- Understand client requirements, identify solutions in a timely manner and foster high client satisfaction
- Leverage and coordinate internal resources and knowledge of the full Logistics team to deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction levels
- Coordinate and process invoicing activity according to an established schedule including order transactions from order receipt to invoice
- Work with all departments to complete tasks in support of client expectation/contractual obligations
- Ensure documentation changes to work instructions are communicated to clients and internal staff as applicable
- Maintain inventory records for client
- Monitor scheduled shipments to ensure timely delivery, while communicating all escalations and expedited shipments
- Provides written monthly updates for assigned accounts to the Client Services Manager
- Coordinate assigned client renewals by engaging necessary parties
- Prepare and provide timely account status reports that align with client based term agreements
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational, time management and project management skills
**Warehouse Management Shipping platform experience is a plus**
