The Christian Grads Fellowship, is a network of Christian graduate community groups whose goal is to impact the academy as thoughtful and informed followers of Christ. The Christian Grads Fellowship practices a “catalytic model” of ministry. This model leverages online resources, local partnerships, and distance coaching of volunteers to serve campuses. Crucial to the model’s success are motivated and effective coaches. The coach is responsible for supporting the growth of existing fellowships and starting new campus groups. Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, the Campus Fellowship Coach will give leadership to 15 Christian Grads Fellowship groups from around the country. The role of Fellowship Coach consists of two primary responsibilities: first, pastoral care for individuals and second, coaching leaders toward organizational effectiveness and missional achievement. The position requires a high level of spiritual maturity and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Connect regularly with student leaders and volunteers from 15 campus fellowships
● Provide spiritual insight, counseling and encouragement to leaders
● Align student leaders and volunteers with the mission and vision of The Christian Grads Fellowship
● Strategically plan out how to advance each fellowship to the next stage of growth.
● Launch new campus fellowships as the Lord opens doors and strategically plan how to reach new campuses.
Job Requirements
● Vibrant personal relationship with God and an active member of a Bible based church
● University, church or another ministry experience preferred
● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (graduate degree a plus)
● Demonstrated excellence in organizational and managerial skills
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
Compensation
● This is a missionary position. The salary for this position will be dependent on how much is raised by the candidate with training and support from the organization.
