Job Description
The qualified candidate will assume the front office role part-time working with patients as well as Dr. Russell. The perfect candidate will have an interest in and a basic understanding of natural whole body healing/health. General day-to-day tasks involve managing phone calls and e-mails, as well as scheduling appointments, scripting blood work, greeting and checking patients in/out, collecting payments, selling nutrition and keeping things organized. Position is also responsible for keeping the office running smoothly which includes helping to keep Dr. Russell running on time, getting e-mail and phone call questions answered. Organization and ability to multi-task is a MUST! This is a job-share position with our current office manager.
SCHEDULE: 4 -Part-time days per week (10am – 1pm) + alternating Friday’s once a month + desirable candidate will also need to be flexible to support any of the manager’s off days (not a lot, but they do come up) or vacation days – and the same will be provided back.

Job Requirements

- Demonstrates a high level of discernment and wisdom, along w/the ability to manage confidential patient files
- Embodies and reflects similar values held by the practice
- Willingness to work somewhat flexible hours – we can also be flexible
- Working knowledge of PC computer to include our scheduling software (it’s easy)
- Make appointments / follow up – must be personable and have patience
- Answer phone calls and return messages
- Enjoys and is successful working in a fast paced environment at times
- Organizational and problem solving skills a must
- Understanding of client confidentiality and ability to adhere to practice policies
- Ability to function, and multi-task, in a “some-times” fast paced environment
- Must communicate effectively, both written and verbal with patients and staff
- Strong gatekeeper maintaining adherence of communication policy between patients and doctor
- Attention to detail and follow-through

Part-Time Pay $14-16/Hr based on level of experience
