Ideal Candidate

- Prioritizes activities that make the phone ring, such as making calls, generating leads, etc.
- Works with a sense of urgency to serve customers, other team members, and to generally get the job done!
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure that every call is handled with World Class service.
- Manage an up-to-date, accurate database and reports.
- Set an example for effort, ethics, team play and decorum.
Skills
- Excellent manners, communication skills and quest for clarity
- Stellar Keyboarding skills
- Ability to follow a script
Key Priorities
- Maintain appointment schedules and open slots up to the minute. Prevent low percentage appointments from clogging high percentage opportunities.
- Ensure every company-generated lead is contacted, added to the database, profiled and resulted quickly and efficiently.
- Follow the script and work at an acceptable pace.
- Ensure the area is always clean, sanitary and professional.
- Adhere to the Inside Sales Center’s policy guidelines which are based on respect, courtesy, cleanliness, responsibility, teamwork, performance and fun.
- Any additional duties that may be assigned by the Inside Sales Supervisor

Requirements
- High school graduate; some college preferred
- Must pass background and drug test
- 10am-2pm Monday through Thursday part-time; Saturdays 10am-2pm
- Wear a uniform and exhibit professional presence every day
- Dependable transportation, attendance and punctuality!

Pay: $12.00 per hour
