We’re looking for a full-time accountant to handle the day to day financial needs of our business office. We are a small (currently under 50 employees), but growing landscape and construction company. This position is responsible for …
• AR’s and AP’s
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Quickbook entries and reports
• Invoicing for multiple divisions
• Management of excel spreadsheets
• Aged Collections
• Assisting with setting annual budgets
• Annual workers comp audits, insurance audits and 401k reporting
• Some HR related tasks

Job Requirements
- 5 years of accounting experience (including payroll)
- Extensive Quickbooks knowledge
- Extensive Excel knowledge
- Computer proficiency (MS windows mandatory, MacOS helpful)
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, employees and vendors
