Job Description
The Caregivers are the backbone of our community. They assist hands-on taking care of our residents. The caregivers go in and out of resident apartments, assisting them with the care they need according to their plan of care. Caregivers assist hands on in helping our residents get dressed and groomed each morning, helping them in the bathroom including providing assistance with incontinence care, and assist them with showers. We also pull trash from resident rooms, make beds and keep the resident’s living environment tidy. We strive to let our residents be as independent as possible but we are here to assist them as needed.

Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience preferred, but we will train.
- Ability to work independently once trained.
- Ability to come to work on time when scheduled, and work all scheduled shifts.
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner with senior citizens, and have a demeanor appropriate for the community and the residents and families we serve.
- Availability to work overtime when needed.

On the spot interviews will be conducted.
A 1 hour unpaid “job shadow,” background check, and drug screen are all part of the interview process.
